There is a full dining room as well as a living area with smart t.v. & cable . The sunroom located off the kitchen overlooks the pool and has a t.v to enjoy, as well as a XBOX 360 for the kids. master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has double beds ,both with t.v. The third bedroom has queen bed and access to the bathroom.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!

The Ollie Vee in Crescent City

The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood.
