Welcome to Lil' Tan, a charming cottage in Seagrove along scenic 30A. This adorable home offers convenient beach access by foot or bike for a memorable getaway experience. Step inside and be greeted by ocean-inspired interior decor, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, king bed for 2, bathroom with shower/tub combo, laundry room, a serene porch and a spacious backyard. From Lil' Tan, you can easily bike along 30A to your favorite spots between Grayton and Inlet Beach.

"Quirky Cottage"

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Looking for a beach vacation while staying away from crowds? Enjoy the shady trees at our cozy cabin, across the street from East Bay. Sleep peacefully on a queen sized bed, have your morning coffee on the deck, or relax outside by the fire pit after a day at the beach. Our street features miles of sidewalks if you'd like to walk, run or bike. We are 9 miles from the beautiful white Gulf Beaches.. Need a little extra room? Downstairs you will find living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. The loft has 2 queen beds. Small courtyard for outdoor seating & outdoor shower. Pensacola Pelican Retreat

Beautifully remodeled and updated in the summer of 2017, this vintage 1943, one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen cottage home is located in classic East Pensacola Heights. This 570 sq foot home is located in a safe, family oriented, quiet neighborhood. Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.

Palm House is situated on a private residential road. Your private cottage is located on our secluded property in an quiet and quaint neighborhood. Our property is located close to Blue Mountain, Grayton, Seaside and Seagrove Beach. There are 50 public beach accesses along 30-A within 6 miles from our Home. The Bunkalow, A Cozy Gulf Coast Getaway

Originally designed for our close family and friends, The Bunkalow is now open to ALL! We are approximately 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Pensacola and Perdido Key. We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is ATTACHED to our home but has its own parking and garden entrance. The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.
