A luxurious bedroom, sunroom / bedroom, kitchen and bath. We are in the heart of Lincoln. The home was built in 1887, is on the National Register of historic places, & is a local landmark. Fully furnished with two queen-size beds, desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hot plate and dishes. A mini-split a/c & heat pump provides cooling and heat in both rooms, in addition to radiators. It is on the 2nd floor of the home. Property owners & long-term tenants are on site. We have 2 friendly dogs.

Outdoors, unwind in the hot tub or add firepit wood and a s’mores kit upon request. Please note there is a $5 charge for each additional guest above 4 (6 max) is required.
