If you book we will send a reduced price option to you to accept/decline as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused****. Work is expected to be finished by the end of September so no discounts will be offered for bookings after that. Pets allowed but no cats due to allergies

The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
