Rainbow House - Entire Place

Relax in luxury at Rainbow House and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Featuring a 50sqm bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, Downstairs enjoy the cozy snug with a bookshelf and smart TV. This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

'The Little Barn' (Sleeps 5)

Beautiful 16th century stone barn conversion in a gated, former farmyard, nestling near the centre of the village. We live right next door, (10 metres away)and are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. The Little Barn, is completely enclosed, in the courtyard of the Manor House of the village, and has open views across the surrounding countryside. Full of period features Our area has many interesting activities nearby, such as horse riding, cycling etc. Whole Barn as shown in photo!

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Beautiful views over fields, off the beaten track, a quiet, restful haven to chill out, go walking, biking or drive to country pubs. Canal is approximately 20 minute walk away and the historic jurassic way in half an hour. Cyclists welcome, we have secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

Cornflower - Deluxe Kingsize Ensuite Shepherds Hut

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Self Contained Flat on Farm

Self contained flat with kitchenette, en-suite, living room, walk in wardrobe and spacious bedroom. Parking available outside the front door. Only recently completed the flat is situated at the back of our farm house on our Northamptonshire farm. Please note the flat doesn’t have a window installed at present but the space is well lit with LED lighting. A camp bed is available if required.
