The Hydro and SECC are in close proximity with some of the biggest artists and comedians preforming regularly. The flat is split over two floors. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room.
