Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
