The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Naša kamena kuća s bazenom se nalazi na prekrasnom, zelenom otoku Braču, u blizini etno-eco sela Dol. Okružena je stablima maslina, mirno je, puno prostora za djecu, kao i kućne ljubimce. U selu Dol, koje je udaljeno 10 min.hoda, nalaze se i dva restorana. Udaljeno 3 km se nalazi mjesto Postira, sa više prodavaonica, hotela, restorana, plaža, rekreacija za djecu. Gosti mogu uživati u šetnjema prirodom, grilanju, druženju.

Mobile homes situated in the center of Pakostane right on to the main sandy beach with the direct view on the sea. Holiday home 1 has two bedrooms, dinning area, kitchen, toilete and big terrace. Also parking place is provided for guests. Holiday Home 1 and Holiday Home 2 have same interior and same terrasse that's why we used same photos in both ads.

Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
