Fabulous seaside location, recently refurbished first floor apartment with sea view. A stones throw from the beach and famous Cromer Pier. 2 minutes walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and cafes. Flat 1 is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms (option for a twin or double bed in bedroom no. 2), a separate shower room and toilet, kitchen/dining room with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a separate living room. Perfect for couples or families, child friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Great central location and lovely views, with lots of amenities shops and eateries on your doorstep, plus only a short walk to the beach. Recently refurbished, the apartment has far reaching views and offers an excellent sense of light & space. The internal proportions are superb with a very large kitchen diner with plenty of seating, a separate sitting room with two sofas a Smart TV and a selection of books and games.

This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).
