This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Light Keepers Retreat family friendly home

Gather with loved ones in this perfect family-friendly getaway. The house and garden have been fully renovated to provide a relaxed open-plan living space. Sit back and relax around the firepit after a BBQ, while the children play on the climbing frame and trampoline, or snuggle down in the tv room and enjoy a movie together. The ideal base to enjoy Cromer's lovely cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, cinema, shopping, golf, beaches and tennis courts all a 15/20 mins walk away.

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

This beautiful apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Located on one of Cromer's most historic residential streets, it is comfortable and full of character. All facilities are within very easy walking distance of the apartment, which is self contained and has its own private access and enclosed garden. A short stroll through North Lodge Park, opposite the property, leads you to the East Beach and promenade where, at the foot of the Gangway, the crab boats are landed.

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

The cottage is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with a double sided woodburner for cozy winter nights. Enjoy spending time in our third floor snug room perfect for guests to relax. 'Breeze'; a short stroll from the pier and beach

In the heart of Cromer, 'Breeze' is a recently renovated, first-floor apartment within a listed building. It stands on a busy, little street with independent shops and cafes, is opposite a pub garden which can be busy in good weather so there will be some noise at peak times . Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school . It is ideally situated for everything that Cromer and the surrounding area has to offer.

SeaEscape is a quirky one bedroom holiday flat decorated with a traditional nautical theme. It used to be part of an old fisherman's cottage and has retained original features such as the bay window in the lounge and feature brick and flint wall in the dining area. The accommodation is spacious and bright and airy. Situated in the centre of town yet only a stone's throw from the beach and pier there are numerous pubs, restaurants, take- aways and shops on the doorstep.
