Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs. Nestled away on a quiet back section, our recently completed, purpose-built 1-bedroom Apartment is the perfect place to base yourself on a visit to Wanaka. The western facing deck and outdoor seating area is a great place to relax in the sun after a day exploring. The bedroom has a Queen bed and additional guests can use the very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.
