Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

Seaside Apartment Shelly Beach

Cronulla boasts one of the longest stretches of beach in Sydney. Situated in the heart of South Cronulla, you are just metres from Shelly beach and park, NUNS pool Cafe and a short 10 minute walk to Cronulla railway and mall and cafe society. If your dates are coming up blocked still email us with a message with your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.

The cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.
