Relax and enjoy a private 22 acre ranch at the end of a paved county road. Beautifully appointed 3/2 house with an incredible party pavilion with TV, bar, cooking area and fire pit. Perfect for entertaining. Also includes a new 2022 38 foot Spriingdale Park Model RV with two queen bedrooms and a fire place located inside of a covered barn. A stocked pond full of catfish and perch is at the rear of the property. Also just a short 5 minute drive to the Guadalupe River and Lions Park Dam.

Our spacious home has a movie theater room with 120-inch projector screen, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Karaoke and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Outside has a wood firepit and propane firepit, and a Heated in-ground pool! The pool is 20x10 and 5 ft deep. Fencing surrounds the pool for safety. We provide plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.
