The perfect location for exploring gardens, vineyards and National Trust properties. Robertsbridge and Brightling are within 2.4 miles and Bodiam Castle just over 4 miles. The historic town of Battle is 3 miles away and the coast just 9 miles. This is a perfect setting for your country holiday.

The Loft at Little Park Farm offers an idyllic retreat in over 20 acres of private countryside, the perfect escape for a relaxed and enjoyable break in the natural beauty of Sussex. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. See the last few photos for the views and the new gleaming building exterior.

We are Richard and Emma. Welcome to our home-from-home opposite the English Channel and two minutes from Hastings pier. Enjoy big skies and stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living room & kitchen and serene cliff greenery from the bedrooms. It is near all local attractions and under 20 minutes stroll to Hastings Old Town, situated between the heart of St Leonards & Hastings town centres. We welcome children aged 12+ and 'babes in arms'.

Enjoy coast and country from our newly renovated holiday let , in the heart of the East Sussex countryside , near historic Battle, with 1066 country walks on your doorstep. Bexhill and Cooden Beaches are a ten minute drive (3.5 miles away). Battle Station with direct line to Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and London. Bexhill station with direct lines to Eastbourne , Brighton and Gatwick are both just a ten minute drive away.

Battle’s sweet retreat

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.

Oast House near Battle

We can accommodate up to 10 adults. Large living area and full kitchen facilities. Ideal for a civilised family celebration. Quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside. We have many family celebrations here but the property is not suitable for very loud parties as we have neighbours to consider. Hot tub available with a fee of £100 per stay payable on your arrival.

A spacious, 2 bed Victorian sea fronted apartment with floor to ceiling window views directly onto the beach. (Note: work has had to be done to the front of the building in the month of August and September 2026 so there will be scaffold if you book in these months.
