Remote River Cottage + Pool (Seasonal) + Hot Tub

A stunning former gardeners cottage with Private Pool is tucked away in the breath taking landscape of Exmoor National Park. [POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 17TH SEPTEMBER TO 14TH MAY] Hot tub all year. The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Privately owned chalet in holiday park

Privately owned chalet in Bideford Bay park. Quiet, convenient location with sea view. Close to on site shop, play area, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. (Note: these facilities only available from Mid March to October) The park (8 miles from Bideford) is close to beaches and local attractions (by car) and is a perfect base for exploring the area. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area Bathroom has shower/basin/toilet. Double glazing throughout. Panel heaters.

Sandpiper Cottage: cosy home near the beach

Set in the peaceful North Devon countryside, just a few minute’s drive from Woolacombe, our cosy cottage is a place to remember. We’ve included plenty of touches that will make it feel like your home as well as ours. In a quiet corner of beautiful Willingcott Valley’s landscaped grounds, summer guests (June to Sept) can access the heated outdoor swimming pool. Our neighbouring property (Bay Tree Cottage – four doors along), means we can accommodate groups of up to ten (plus two infants).

Pignut Barn with Cinema, Tennis, Pool (seasonal)

Enjoy acres of glorious countryside at this beautiful converted barn with spiral staircase. Fabulous 20 meter outdoor pool available from April to 11 September. Pignut Barn is bursting with character and state of the art facilities: tennis court, cinema, Wifi, EV charger. The south facing garden has a fire pit, BBQ, sun loungers. Enjoy 22 acres of private farmland with woodland, river, meadows and amazing wildlife. Or explore the footpath along the River Mole to Exmoor National Park.

North Devon: Treetops - Surrounded in Nature

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Outside are private gardens, including sitting area with barbeque and firepit. Shared heated pool.

This beautifully designed home is the perfect place for dreamy escapes. The open-plan living, dining, and cooking space with double height creates an ideal socialising area and has sliding doors leading to a private decked terrace equipped with an outdoor dining suite and electric hot tub. The house features four bedrooms, with two having king size beds and two as twins, adaptable to super kings on request. The emphasis is on comfort, luxury and relaxation.

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
