SKIPPER COTTAGE unit number 1

Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. This large space with amazing views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas features a large bedroom with King bed, two full baths, a large living area and a full kitchen. Guests staying at Rockroom will also have access to The Clubhouse Bistro (open seasonally and located on the property) as well as a 24 hour fitness center and community pool.

Love City Lofts - Walkable Cruz Bay - Jumbie Suite

Love City Lofts is affordable and conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The Jumbie Beach Suite is a clean one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. If you don't feel like cooking your own meals you can walk downstairs for breakfast/lunch at Provisions(bakery). Dry Cleaner/Laundry located on first floor. It is just a few minute walk to numerous bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores and ferry dock. We offer free parking if you decide to rent a vehicle.

D' Lite Cottage

D'Lite is a brand new short-term rental on St. John! It is an open concept tiny home with 1 queen bed downstairs and a queen bed in the open loft. The home comes fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The home comes with beach towels, chairs, and limited snorkel gear. Please note only one load of laundry is allowed per stay. If additional loads are required there is an additional charge of $5 per load of laundry.
