It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
