Newly renovated home with constant ocean breezes and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Esperanza Keys. This home offers 'casual luxury' with premium furnishings and cool, comfortable linens and fabrics. We are located in the heart of Esperanza, no car is needed as we are less than a 5 minute walk to the Malecon, Restaurants and 2 minutes to the neighborhood Grocery store. Coco, Esperanza and Sun Bay beaches are a short walk away or enjoy your private pool, one of a few in Esperanza.

This is a 3-bedroom 1-bathroom private living unit on the first floor of a 2-story home that sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. The property includes a private guest-only saltwater pool and an outdoor shower. It has its own private street and house entrance with free parking on the street directly in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for at-home meals and hosts are available for in-person assistance if needed. Beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
