"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Secluded River Thames Lodge with Spectacular Views

Herons is totally unique, a beautiful detached lodge situated on the banks of the River Thames. Beautiful interiors and the views are simply wonderful from sunrise to sunset. Herons is the perfect place to unwind and relax, just sit and watch the wildlife and the boats milling along the river. Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

The house is in the heart of the beautiful conservation area of the village surrounded by open fields and brooks. There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford, Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

Cosy 3 bedroom Cotswold cottage

This quintessential Cotswold cottage is located in the heart of an idyllic village just outside of Bampton & 4 miles from Burford. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.

Daylesford Organic a two minute drive or a 25 min. walk through beautiful Cotswold countryside, Soho Farmhouse and Diddly Squat Farm shop a short drive. There are a wealth of stunning Cotswold market towns on the doorstep.
