It has an outdoor space to bbq and to sit around a fire in the front. Quiet time is 11 pm. I will consider pets. There are 4 cameras on the property. 2 in the front and 2 in the back. Raised my nightly rate since I have recently added a second bathroom, remodeled the first bathroom and Airbnb now charges the host for the service fee that was once charged to guests.
