Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Little House at Little Owl Farm, Gore Bay

Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this self-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode is double-glazed with a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views. There is a cook's kitchen, wood burner, stylish bathroom and outside seating on the deck to check out the speccy evening sunsets. It has wifi and all linen provided.

Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!

Handy to local wedding venue 4km away. Just $100 for 1 person (except peak season), thereafter each person is $45 pp and children $40 (we adjust once booked). Prices intentionally kept low so anyone can come here. No wifi inside this building, however, there is from close nearby.
