Welcome to our cabin. This cabin is brand new and 5 minutes from two Marinas. Head to Cumberland Gap National park (15) minutes away and enjoy the hiking trails. Play 18 holes at our local course. Have dinner at one of our Marina's with live music on weekends. Bring your boat, rent one from Marina, or ask us about renting our pontoon. Fall colors are here a must see. If you visit on the weekend, Pickers Paradise yes the same from TV show has two locations here. You have to visit.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The home features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, a grill, and a heck of a view. :)
