Villa La Perla is located at the Cumbre del Sol in Moraira. It offers a 100% privacy and a wonderfull place to relax , close to the towns Moraira and Javea. The seaview at the house is amazing. It has a private swimmingpool and pergola and a roofterras with amazing views! "warranty: no bookings from groups with only people below 25 years old" Families are welcome. Pool-heating during the winter is also possible (20 euro/night) but we need to know that at least 1 week in advance.

Hermoso apartamento de estilo playa de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos y balcon con hermosas vistas al mar, con acceso por sendero de montaña señalizado a Cala de los Tiestos y Cala del Moraig, tiene 3 camas dobles de 135/135 y 150 y para acceder a la vivienda se debe subir por una escalera exterior de 2 plantas, ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza y senderismo, hay varias rutas de montaña inclusive una muy bonita que llega a la Cala de la Granadella Indispensable tener vehiculo.
