Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

LynnAllan Cottage is a gorgeous rural getaway with stunning open views. Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission. Fairy ur Cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds. There is a comfy kingsize bed in the main bedroom and sofa bed in bedroom or lounge.

Whether you're looking for a one night business stopover, a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the Brig O'Doon, or a self catering holiday break, Doonbank Cottage's Bothy offers an exclusive, flexible & private accommodation. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden on the banks of the River Doon , it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.

This traditional 18th-century detached gatehouse is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
