Fern Copse Glamping - an idyllic secluded retreat

Our beautiful shepherd's hut is located on a working arable farm. Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with modern shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a slice of heaven on a private island, exclusively for your use. The Island at Great farm is made up of an upturned boat for sleeping in, a socialable covered kitchen/bar with its own stove, and a private wood fired hot tub. The river Coln flows alongside, and the accommodation is reached by crossing a footbridge over the river. Walks stretch out in every direction, and the Cotswold towns of Fairford and Lechlade are both close by.

Ideally located for enjoying walks on footpaths/bridleways and also exploring the many delights that the Cotswold’s have to offer.
