Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Casa del S.XIX restaurada con mucho encanto, en la región vinícola del Penedès, en Cataluña. Situada en un entorno privilegiado, para pasear y disfrutar de las visitas a las numerosas bodegas de vino y cava de la zona. La casa dispone de todas las comodidades (calefacción y aire acondicionado), así como WiFi de alta velocidad. Hemos transformado una vieja casa de pueblo en una vivienda espaciosa, cómoda y relajante perfecta para pequeños grupos de amigos y familias.

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
