Built in the 1990s by our grandmother and her partner, this legacy home is thoughtfully cared for and designed as a place to slow down, weather-watch, and reconnect with the coast. Elk Beach View, a place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for your cooking/baking needs along with the tableware to enjoy your creations. The bedrooms are thoughtfully created with comfort in mind. Smart TV’s are mounted in the bedrooms and living room and Internet is high speed. The deck provides indoor and outdoor living space with a hot tub overlooking the trees and providing ocean views. Activities surround the area and the coastal views are included.

There are gardens year around, transformed in winter by local fairies and twinkling lights.

Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Studio East Lower

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

The building contains 5 suites, each with their own deck. The suites can be combined in 4 different configurations to allow you to expand the size for the number in your group.

Sweet Oceanfront Studio in Vintage Cabin (Hot Tub)

Stay at Harris Hideaway oceanfront studio. We have established a policy that should keep everyone safer right now. We have added an EV charger and a Tesla adapter for you use. Before your visit, the place will be sanitized (as always) and will be vacant for at least two until your arrival. We will block the days before and after you book to meet this objective for all our guests. We want to do our part. Letting you know.
