Relax in this cozy loft with a light-filled deck overlooking the woods, but just five minutes to downtown Damariscotta. This brand new loft above our barn is cozy with all you need for a perfect vacation. You can relax with your morning coffee above the trees. It has an indoor toilet, sink and breakfast bar and outdoor shower. We’re a semi-retired couple and love to share our 62 acres property with stream and meadow. There are quite a few stairs to the loft.

There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

This newly renovated 1920’s one bedroom cottage is tucked into a forested granite hillside with oversized windows to take in the view. Artfully furnished with a minimalist sensibility, the space has been fully winterized in order to be a year round sanctuary. A top of the line steam shower, heated bathroom floor, modern gas fire place, and pigmented plaster walls add touches of luxury.

Dome 4 at Come Spring Farm

Our geodesic domes sit in on 10 acres of our property . In total come spring farm is 28 acres , you will have access to round pond to kayak , fish or swim. You may also visit the Alpacas , bunnies , pigs , sheep and our new lounge area opening June . The bathroom facilities are private for each dome, no sharing .You will need to walk to bathhouse .
