Come sit for hours on the covered porches or launch your boat less than 1/4 mile down the road! This Ozarks cabin offers the perfect place to unwind and experience the charm of Mountain View!

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Mountain View Music Loft

Like Music? You will love this house. This is the old Mountain View Music Store and sits right on the corner of the square where all the music happens. The house is on the National Historic register and was built in 1910. The rental is the entire upstairs of the house. There is a private entrance off the front porch which leads to a completely updated living quarters. Sit on the balcony that over looks the square and enjoy becoming fully immersed in the old world charm of Mtn View.

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is a peaceful country getaway. Enjoy spending time with fireflies instead of streetlights in this rustic cabin complete with all creature comforts. You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

The home is just a few minutes from town sitting on 4 acres overlooking beautiful scenery. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, this home is newly updated with all your essential needs with washer/dryer hookup, coffee bar, access to Wi-Fi, gaming and outdoor fire pit. With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

The Nest

Come rest your wings at The Nest. This newly reconditioned 3BR, 2BA home is 1 mile from historic downtown Batesville and only 6 minutes from Lyon College and other amenities. It is perfect for business trips, weddings, funerals, college visits, or that special weekend getaway for the Lyon Scottish Festival, White River Water Carnival, dirt track racing, or other various downtown activities.

We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
