Morning sun rises and evening sun sets will not disappoint.

Quiet, quaint, & easy living! Mostly updated, the kitchen/bathroom cabinets a little “80’s.” Still clean and cozy! Enjoy the surrounding beauty of this gorgeous mountain town.**The photo with the mirror makes the room appear larger than it is. *NO A/C. Fans in unit and open windows at night keep it cool in summer.

SV Vacation Rentals boasts this modern and inviting studio condo in the Cottonwood complex offering a serene setting amidst the trees, overlooking Trail Creek. Enjoy peaceful solitude while still being conveniently located to access all that Sun Valley has to offer. Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)
