Elk Haven Cabins are poised in a perfect setting only minutes from downtown Custer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Our location provides convenient access to many local attractions including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. Each cabin has a main floor bedroom with queen bed and a loft with 2 queen beds. The loft is a common area divided by a wall - not private. Cabins have full kitchen, bbq on deck, fire pit, picnic table. We are pet friendly. No cleaning fees.

French Creek Farm

This Beautiful 4 bedroom house was built by the owner and has a huge kitchen area for the family to gather. There are two very spacious bathrooms with large showers and one with a soaking tub. Sit out on the large side deck or the covered front deck and enjoy the beautiful views of the valley with French Creek meandering through. The house sits on 40 acres and is surrounded by National Forest. You are in the heart of the Black Hills while still close to all the must see sites.

We often have wildlife visitors, such as mule deer, white tail deer, ground owls, sage grouse and more. Everyone renting the Cabin, also have access to the full kitchen & dining room located at the Lodge (located on the property next to the Cabin), as well as the BBQ and washer & dryer. This Suite has a King Bed. For the safety of our guests and visitors, along with our staff, we have exterior cameras to assist monitor the property.
