Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Tiny Home (11 x 44) is 8 miles NW of Custer SD (6 miles of County gravel), and located on 8 acres that access the public National Forest. The only other dwelling on the property is Teeny Home (100' away, 2 guest max, and privacy fence between the Homes). Each dwelling has its own private access. The nearest neighbor is a summer Horse Camp (350-500' away, quiet/polite neighbors) The nearest sites are Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Custer State Park Private/Quiet/Clea

Arn Barn Cabin

Great cabin with lovely views from the covered porch in the Terry Peak area. Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.

This 1 bed cabin features a queen size bed and 1 full bath. Includes loft area with additional bed (loft suitable for children), living/dining space w/ kitchen. The cabin features a covered porch to enjoy the view! This cabin is ideal for a couple or a family with up to two children. Cabin includes amenities like AC, TV, fire pit, grill, and parking space for 1 vehicle with extra parking on site. Linens are provided for all booked guests. Pets allowed with $50 pet fee.
