Naming this property was not easy, not only is this a Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can also enjoy the popular site seeing and abundant wildlife native to our beautiful Black Hills. Whether winter or summer, there are activates nearby - fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating. The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

Grandma's House in the Heart of the Black Hills

Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. A quaint house built in the 1920's, filled with Gramma's charming furniture and cowgirl memorabilia. It is in a small town quiet neighborhood three blocks from the World Famous Mammoth Site, a ten minute walk from historic downtown Hot Springs with Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs, 15 minute walk from renowned Moccasin Hot Springs and area restaurants. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park and all Black Hills attractions.

Black Hills Rambler-Tiny House

If you have ever wanted to try out "tiny living" our adorable tiny house is perfect. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

Great cabin with lovely views from the covered porch in the Terry Peak area. Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.

Only 12 minutes from great food and cafes in Spearfish; 20 minutes to Deadwood. The cabin is best for couples, families and groups of close friends. Note limited privacy; there are no bedrooms with doors you can close.
