This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. If you have ever wanted to try out "tiny living" our adorable tiny house is perfect. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

Darby's Cabin in the Woods

Kick back and relax in our cozy cabin. Built in 2021 and decorated with love to make you feel at home in the woods! Includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, loft with two queen-size beds, porch, and fire-pit. This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). 2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
