A self-contained ground floor studio flat in an old French barn (built 1792 and renovated in the 1990's) with an adjoining laundry and storage area. Perfect for two people for summer or winter holidaying (there's enough space for a cot bed too). 10 minute drive or bus-ride to Annecy centre. The bus stop is within walking distance. The flat has its own entrance and is fully equipped for your stay in the beautiful Haute-Savoie. Parking opposite the studio. Apartment renovated in March 2024.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
