Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The Yellow Bungalow

Sea front, elegant and minimalistic bungalow. Unique space of living and bedroom, with a separate kitchen equipped with basic utensils and bathroom. Just a few meters above sea level with amazing view to Vourkari and bay. Comfortable setting to enjoy the outdoors space with chaises longues and outdoor dinning table. 500meters from Vourkari where someone can find beautiful typical tavernas, bars, galleries and mini market. Within a distance of 3km someone can find 4 beaches for swimming.

Paradise On Earth

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Η γειτονιά μας είναι ήσυχη και όμορφη.Διαθετει mini market ακριβώς έξω από το συγκρότημα καθώς και στάση λεωφορείου το οποίο μας συνδέει με το κέντρο της Αθήνας και την πύλη εισόδου του Αεροδρομίου Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος. Δίπλα στο συγκρότημα υπάρχει επίσης κατάστημα με όμορφα αναμνηστικά που σχετίζονται με την αρχαία Ελλάδα. Η θάλασσα είναι στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο Βραυρώνας είναι στα 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

το φιλόξενο κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο δημοτικό κλειστό γυμναστήριο του Λαυρίου παρέχει άνετο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ - χώρο στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας διαθέτει αυλή εξωτερική ντουζιέρα απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά απ'την κεντρική πλατεία και τα καταστήματα της πόλης και απ' το το λιμάνι επίσης Σούνιο και ναός του Ποσειδώνα απέχουν 10 λεπτά περίπου με αυτοκίνητο με πολλές επιλογές σε παραλίες για μπάνιο και φαγητό

You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
