The cozy interior of our home, with its sofa and the dining area will make you feel like home. Prepare your breakfast/meal at the kitchen by making use of all the facilities. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. Driven by Greek hospitality we pay attention to personal check in and check out of our guests. Upon arrival a welcome basket will surprise you! The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.
