Dear future guests, I have been a host since 2013 and I can tell you with certainty that this Neoclassical House is one of the very few that is a real Neoclassical High ceiling house which means a rare experience for you. Two floors Mansion 280 sq. m. with collectible furniture from the last century that converses with modern furniture, original real paintings, personal aesthetics from me, a Greek woman who was lucky enough to be born in this Neoclassical just a few metters to Acropolis

Σε ένα παλαιό διατηρητέο αρχοντικό οίκημα (1900) διαθέτουμε ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο 32 τμ. διαμπερές με θέα στο κήπο, ανεξάρτητη είσοδο με πάρκινγκ. Ο χώρος (Covid-safe*) αποτελείται από ένα καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι για 1 άτομο, ένα μπάνιο και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Villa Callista. The beauty of the traditional.

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

Cosy Stone House by Vikos Gorge

This Authentic Stone Mansion is located in the center of Monodendri at a distance of 20m. from the central square, 40m. from the starting point of the route to cross the Vikos Gorge and 600m. from the Monastery of Agia Paraskevi. In close proximity to Monodendri you will find some of the most popular attractions of Zagori such as the stone bridges, the Voidomatis river, as well as the famous hiking trails of the area!

Ένα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι από πέτρα και ξύλο, κλασσικό δείγμα ζαγορίσιας αρχιτεκτονικής, φτιαγμένο το 1907. Βρίσκεται μόλις 30 μέτρα από την πλατεία του Μονοδενδρίου, στο κέντρο του Ζαγορίου. Εκεί που αρχίζει η διαδρομή για τον Βίκο. Διαθέτει το δικό του πάρκινγκ. Traditional wooden and stone mansion. Only 30m from Monodendri's square, in the middle of Zagori. 600m from Vikos gorge! It has its own parking.
