Would you like to hang glide right over Canopy Experience hiking on our Canopy Property shared 22 acre trail system while playing our treasure hunt game GeoCanopy. Close proximity to popular attractions Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City and Chattanooga.

Watch gliders fly above from the deck & still have Chattanooga attractions only a short 20 minutes away! Fire pit access for starry nights, creek access for exploration. Cleaned by professional cleaning company. We have 3 yurts on the property to potentially accommodate a group.

Designed by Emily Key, this funky cozy tiny house is built with all recycled materials. Enjoy breathtaking (hot tub) sunsets from the best views on the bluff of Lookout Mountain! Our secluded location is in close proximity to all of Chattanooga's coveted outdoor adventures! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloud-land Canyon (Waterfall Hikes) are all within a 10 minute drive!

Enjoy sunset views from the bluff of Lookout Mtn. A cozy tiny house complete with outdoor fire pit and seating area located just off of scenic highway. Comfortably sleeps two in loft area bed. The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, measuring cups ** new outdoor shower!

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Kotsu - Japanese Architecture with Bluff Views

A winding trail leads down to Kotsu, a whimsical miniature, perched above rural Lookout Valley. Entering through shou sugi ban front doors, you'll find a full kitchen, living area, and powder room on the main level. Inspired by Japanese nature-inclusive designs, a covered exterior stair leads down to the bedroom and a spacious master bath. The fragrance of the cedar timbers, simple luxuries, and intentional flow of the design will put your mind at rest. Come stay!

Located on an acre of land near the base of Lookout Mountain, our country house is tucked away among leafy trees, a grassy meadow and mountain views that’ll make your heart smile. The Barn Guesthouse on Lookout Mountain

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It is a luxurious getaway on Lookout Mountain. It's a guesthouse next to my home that offers lots of privacy and incredible wooded views. The home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a small community feel.

The Artistree House A Treehouse in Rising Fawn

The Artistree House on Lookout Mountain is a brand new luxury treehouse with panoramic views and a spectacular sunset. This is a place to relax, unwind and get inspired. It features reclaimed wood from a furniture store that was over 100 years old such as the heart pine floors, hand crafted bed and ladder to the loft bedroom. The antique oak door with original doorbell, was taken from an 1890’s farmhouse out of Macon, GA.

Waterfront lake cabin in Rising Fawn, Georgia. 525 square feet, but room for family of up to 4. Queen pull-out sofa downstairs and queen size bed upstairs to sleep four. Wifi and smart TV. Air condition/heat units in the wall (downstairs) and window (upstairs). Come fish or relax on the deck while you are in the Chattanooga area. No washer/dryer or dishwasher, but ready for your family’s extended stay.
