Would you like to hang glide right over Canopy Experience hiking on our Canopy Property shared 22 acre trail system while playing our treasure hunt game GeoCanopy. Close proximity to popular attractions Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City and Chattanooga.

With the beautiful city of Chattanooga only a short 20 minutes away, you truly have the best of both worlds! Enjoy all of the wonderful attractions the city has to offer while starting & ending your day with a mountain view & hang gliders flying above. We have 3 yurts on the property to potentially accommodate a group

Tiny Fern on the Bluff- sunset views

Enjoy sunset views from the bluff of Lookout Mtn. A cozy tiny house complete with outdoor fire pit and seating area located just off of scenic highway. Comfortably sleeps two in loft area bed. The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, etc. *outdoor shower currently under repair!

Charming Tiny, mountain & lake view at Our Lake

Beautiful, charming tiny cabin with a spacious feel. Queen size bedroom. Loft over kitchen with mattress on floor to not accessible by wooden ladder. Pull out/lay down couch in living room. Enjoy sitting/dining outside overlooking the lake after grilling on Blackstone at cabin or grilling/making homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven in the common patio area close by. Fish in the stocked lake, kayak, swim, or just relax sitting on the docks and enjoy nature. No pets, no smoking inside

The Barn Guesthouse in the Woods

The Barn Guesthouse is on Lookout Mountain in beautiful Rising Fawn Georgia. It features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It's a guesthouse that offers privacy, comfort and serenity. A woodland retreat. The home is nestled in a scenic, peaceful and safe neighborhood with a small community feel.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

I Fly Cabin: Watch Hang Gliders /Paragliders Soar!

Welcome! The cabin is located at the base of Lookout Mountain Flight Park. Watch hang gliders take off and land from the front windows or deck. Have fun!! ~maybe even take a tandem flight yourself! There is also no better place to hang wait! Hang waiting is when you wait until the conditions are right to fly hang gliders or paragliders. Once the weather is flyable, enjoy a front row seat to the south side tandem takeoffs!

Cloudland Cottage - Hot Tub -Wooded Valley View

This cozy getaway blends into Lookout Mountain and emphasizes the beauty of the land inside and out. Every room draws natural light and calm. Convenient drive to all of Chattanooga's natural wonders, a short distance from charming Lookout Mountain town life and St. Elmo neighborhood. Our good friend Sarah and her pup Timber live in a separate apartment downstairs, and tend the garden during the season.

*The pool is not listed as an amenity and not available for guest use right now. Trade traffic jams for 2 lane country. Only 10-20 min from downtown. But what we call “going to town” is driving to Flinstone for gas or church. Near Chattanooga, hiking, hang t gliding, 10-20 min to Cloudland Canyon, Rock City, Incline, Sunset Rock, Ruby Falls, TN Aquarium, with Lookout Mtn as backdrop.
