You can even book your own paragliding experience at flylookout.com. Located 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. During summer months you will have access to a community pool and volleyball. Washers and dryer’s available. There’s even creek access that meets up to the TN River, perfect to fish or put in a kayak.

Big Living in the Little House

Stay in the country and still eat well. We pay your first $40 for meal delivery per visit, $10 per day after. Pool included for $25 per stay to help with maintenance and chemicals. Trade traffic jams for 2 lane country. Only 10-20 min from downtown. But what we call “going to town” is driving to Flinstone for gas or church. Find some rest at this cozy and tranquil getaway. Tucked in and across from the bluff, this is a place to feel at peace. If you're in search of an adventure, the Lookout Mountain hang gliding ramp and Cloudland Canyon are just minutes away. Located at Cloudland are several pristine waterfalls to swim in and hike around. We are just 5 minutes away from Covenant College. If you are looking to experience the local cuisine and breweries, downtown Chattanooga is only 30 mins away!

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. This adorable tiny home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain with beautiful panoramic views and a hot tub. Tucked between beautiful, green pastures with goats and chickens browsing close by. Look up and you will see the hang gliding launch and the air dotted with hang gliders and paragliders soaring up to the clouds. The spacious deck affords great views of the mountain and the nearby fire pit the perfect place to relax under the stars.

Charming Tiny, mountain & lake view at Our Lake

Beautiful, charming tiny cabin with a spacious feel. Enjoy sitting/dining outside overlooking the lake or grilling or making homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven in the common patio area close by. Also has it's own small Blackstone grill on front porch. Fish in the stocked lake, swim, sit on the docks or just relax and enjoy nature. No pets, no smoking inside
