The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Wood Lane Shepherd huts are based at Ruby Farm, which is a working family farm. It is situated in South Devon, within a quarter of a mile to the quaint village of Abbotskerswell which boasts a pub and cafe. Torbay with its beaches is a 15-20 minute drive and Dartmoor can be reached within 30 minutes. The shepherds hut itself has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It is south facing and situated in a field rich with wildlife and boasts formidable views across the surrounding countryside.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
