Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Villa W is a self contained loft bedroom (upstairs) villa equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, luxurious living & work space featuring wide opening doors to the lush gardens of this Dalkeith home. Hampden Road is 350m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. 3 bus stops (approx 200m walk). Walk to free purple CAT bus (Central Area Transit) available every 10min. 20min walk to train. Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
