Charming Home in the Heart of Uptown Dallas

Enjoy all the best that Dallas has to offer in this charming home in the trendy State-Thomas neighborhood in Uptown. Wake up refreshed with gourmet coffee at the Alcove cafe across the street, then go explore the neighborhood and many nearby parks. After you are done exploring, dine at one of the many renown restaurants in the neighborhood or grab a drink at Dallas's hippest cocktail lounge, Parliament. Spacious layout, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hi-speed Wi-Fi, SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, Espn+, and private 2-car garage. Centrally located and close to everything! LIVING SPACE: 60" TV with Directtv, Sofa and Love-seat, fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials, half bathroom on the second floor BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. The upstairs master also has a super comfy pull out sofa queen bed. A queen size auto-inflate mattress is available as well. It is 22" deep and can easily fit 2 person. Let us know before arrival so that we can set it up! You will have full access to our entire home, including access to a private-attached two car garage. We are always available if needed. The neighborhood boasts a Walk Score of 90, a stone's throw away from Whole Foods and great restaurants and bars. Nearby parks include Griggs Park, Sammons Park, and Klyde Warren Park. Centrally located to everything, you can walk or use the M line trolley to get around uptown and downtown for free. Uber is available and convenient or you can also drive and park in the home’s attached 2 car garage. Rental bikes and scooters are also scattered throughout the State and Thomas neighborhood. The *free* McKinney Avenue Trolley is a few blocks away. It can take you all around Uptown for free. Uber and Lyft is also available. A clean 1/2 duplex home w/covered parking. Can't beat the location blocks from Historic Downtown Grapevine & Vintage RR, Gaylord & Great Wolf Hotels, Grapevine Lake, Bass Pro, Mills Mall, Legoland, SeaLife Aquarium, breweries/wineries, famous dining, bike trails & DFW Airport! Southlake Town Square w/upscale shopping is nearby. And we're the Christmas Capital of TX! For less than the price of a cramped hotel room, here's 2 rooms, kitchen/dining/living room, 2 bathrooms & washer/dryer! Not bad!

Well furnished cute & very functional home with amenities for comfort and convenience, (3 king beds, washer / dryer, iron, all kitchen necessities, etc.). AT&T Stadium basically in back yard. Walk to games, forgo parking $$ and traffic mess. Also walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Globe Life/Rangers Stadium, Convention Center (even 6 Flags & Hurricane Harbor, although a bit further). About a 20 minute drive to Dallas, Fort Worth, and Airport.

This is a wonderful comfortable home with everything you will need during your stay. It is the perfect place if you are coming for business, family vacation, or just to relax. It is not suited to parties or events. My place is close to restaurants and dining and family activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Roomy, Tastefully updated Lakewood duplex in desirable neighborhood 1/2 mile from White Rock Lake. Bike or jog the 9 mile trail that loops the Lake and 7 mile Trail that extends north along White Rock Creek. Centrally located with easy access to SMU, Northpark Mall, CC Young and Downtown. Please Park along Brentcove in front of house. FYI there is an opening in the wall along the alley at the SE corner to get to White Rock Lake!
