Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

The perfect studio apartment for a beach holiday or stop over on a tour of the South West. Incredible views of the Indian Ocean, where dolphins and whales can be spotted if you are fortunate! Comfort, cleanliness and beauty are my priorities in creating the right environment for the perfect holiday. I provide all linens, towels, toiletries, a selection of breads and jams, cereals, fresh milk, teas and coffee. 4 mins drive to CBD, 7 mins to dolphin discovery centre and 10mins to Farmers Market.

Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. You can fill your days whilst still getting home in time to take in the beautiful sunsets over the water from the expansive balcony area.
