The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. It is a spacious studio area with microwave and mini fridge, no kitchen. The unit has a separate entrance and is located on a side road with low traffic. There is a large yard across the street where kids can play! Directly bordering the yard is the Virginia Creeper Trail. Easily ride your bike to downtown Damascus or the Damascus brewery!
