Beautiful cottage overlooking Pine Orchard Creek! Enjoy the picture perfect setting of Todd, NC. Our cottage is part of a 17 acre historic farm dating back to 1881. Play in our huge yard, take a dip in the creek, or a hike up our mountain to our private lookout! 1/2 mile from New River with tubing, kayaking and fishing! 15 min to Boone, 15 min to West Jefferson. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for ASU parents! Stocked with goodies including local coffee, our farm fresh eggs, and homemade bread.

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We host up to 4 guests ages 12 and over. No pets, please. Two parking spaces. Please read all details before booking. Cats may visit you. NO CLEANING FEE.

Rogers Recreational Area, Backbone Rock, Abingdon VA, and Boone, NC all make easy day trips. *Note: the Creeper Trail from WhiteTop to Damascus was destroyed by hurricane Helen. The 2nd half, from Damascus to Abingdon is open.

Easy Living is a quiet home in the country that sits directly beside the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. The Virginia Creeper Trail is conveniently located just across the bridge at the end of the driveway and is the perfect place to hike, bike, or walk with the family. Fishing is available along the river bank or just relax on the private gazebo. All of the conveniences of home with much more relaxation!

On 6 wooded acres in a private mountain river cove outside Damascus, VA , our cozy, renovated 3-story A-frame cottage property fronts the cliff-flanked, trout-rich South Fork Holston River. The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the large yard with fire pit.
