NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Historic Farmhouse with Donkeys on Creeper Trail

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We host up to 2 guests ages 12 and over. No pets, please. Two parking spaces. Please read all details before booking. Cats may visit you. NO CLEANING FEE.

The 510. Vacation home in the heart of Damascus

Bring everyone along to The 510 for your next adventure in Damascus! With every amenity you may need during your stay, this farmhouse provides ample room for everyone. Located 1 block away from The Virginia Creeper Trail and 3 blocks away from Main St. downtown Damascus. Ride your bikes directly to the trail, or walk to one of Damascus' many bike shuttle services. Enjoy the town park located beside the river right across the street from your home, or enjoy our grill and fire ring each evening.

River House

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.

Beaver Dam Bungalow, Heart of Damascus Tranquility

Beaver Dam Bungalow is our place of tranquility & activity. Secluded, yet very short walk to town shops & restaurants, Appalachian Trail, town park, bikes shops/shuttles and Virginia Creeper Trail. Our Bungalow is actually over 2,000 square feet. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, fenced yard on all 4 sides, front porch, two decks & the soothing sound of Beaver Dam Creek, you'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for making memories with your family and friends.

A Step Away Cottage

With the Appalachian Trail steps from the front door and the Virginia Creeper Trail a block and a half behind the cottage, this is the perfect base to explore southwestern VA. Located on the main street in downtown Damascus, this cottage sleeps 12-13 people with 3 full baths. Escape your hectic life/work and relax with family and friends. The house is steps away from exciting outdoor hiking/biking, streams, nature watching, fly fishing, and great local retailers and eateries

Riverfront Hot Tub in Damascus

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and private home on the Whitetop Laurel creek, ranked one of the top wild trout streams in the eastern US. The RiverHouse is walking distance to downtown, the creeper trail and Appalachian trail. Historic Log Cabin with 8 Ponds, Creek, & Horses!

BEAUTIFUL SETTING by the River ONLY 6 mile drive to DAMASCUS ,VA! This quaint, private RUSTIC log cabin is newly furnished, screened in porch, gazebo and nice trails! Nestled on 7 acres with 8 ponds. Hear the sounds of the creek right behind the cabin and cross the bridge to see the horses! This Land was home to the Cherokees and offers not only a place to stay but an experience. One time PET FEE $90.00 for ONE dog, additional dogs $35/each

New Wood Cabin located off hwy 58 , 8 min from Abingdon Va , 8 min from Damascus Va . It is one mile to Abingdon Vineyard , and 1.2 miles to the Alvarado Station on the Virginia Creeper Trail , and 10 mins to the Barter theater . Enjoy the Blueridge Mountains where you can hike bike and fish . And unwind to great view from covered porch . There are 7 step to enter with plenty of free parking. We are dog friendly limit 2 bowls and bed provided .
