Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Gulf of Mexico views from 2 front decks plus Intracoastal Waterway and wetlands on back side with 2 decks. The main floor has open kitchen, dining and living room with flatscreen TV. Access to a long crabbing/fishing pier via boardwalk on of the back side of property. Sandy beaches are a short walk across Bluewater Hwy on the front side.
