I live right next to the two houses that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved home with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency that rents apartments, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit) I only rent a simple furnished private house, as per photo, nothing more. Growing up on the property, the cabin represents a lifelong dream, built by the hands of my hard working father, whose talent you will notice in details all around the place (pay attention to the ceiling in particular, where you can notice mirrored wood panes, layed out carefully to represent the lenght of the tree).

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
