Monolocale fronte lago a Como, composto da stanza da letto, bagno e piccolo angolo cottura. La stanza si affaccia sul parco della storica Villa Olmo. Accesso esterno al terrazzo privato con solarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata inclusa nel prezzo. Il centro città dista 5 munuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa
