In un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, immersa nella natura incontaminata, affittiamo una piccola villetta rustica di montagna che fa parte di un antico feudo del castello di Belforte (a Borgo Val di Taro), completamente ristrutturata mantenendo uno stato di conservazione antico. Gode di una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle del taro fino alle montagne liguri. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

Urban Jungle - Attico vista Duomo

Attico immerso nel verde con vista su Milano. L'appartamento è situato all’ottavo e ultimo piano e si compone di un open space con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale (con due topper per garantire il miglior riposo possibile), camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e poltrona letto e un bagno. L'appartamento gode di una spettacolare vista panoramica sul Duomo e il centro città, che può essere apprezzato dalla bow window calpestabile sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino.
