Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. Sweet Hollow Farm is located near Taylorsville Lake. 30 miles from Louisville, 40 miles from Lexington and 25 from Bardstown. We have a small farm with a studio barn apartment. Private entrance with full bath. We also have a beautiful pool that we share with our guests. There is a horseshoe pit, fire pit and multiple outdoor seating areas. Kids and dogs welcome. We even have space for horses and boats. We can offer peace and quiet, a clear view of the stars and hummingbird theatrics.
